Personal data protection

Our rules on the protection and processing of personal data:

Tehimpex d.o.o. in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR) protects personal personal data and processes them only to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of its activities.

We only collect information that you provide to us when:

  • submit an inquiry;
  • sign up to receive our e-news.
     

Purposes of personal data processing:

  • communicating with you regarding the provision of our services and responding to your inquiries;
  • conclusion of the contract and fulfillment of obligations arising from the concluded contract;
  • marketing communication (sending e-mails / e-newsletters; if you have given your consent);
  • to enforce any legal claims and resolve disputes;
  • for statistical analyzes on the sales of our services and on the use of our websites.
     

Retention of your data:
Personal data that we process on the basis of your consent are stored permanently or. until you revoke this consent.
Data on issued invoices are kept for 10 years from the date of issue.
We keep the data necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract between you and us
for another 5 years from the fulfillment of the contract.
After the retention period, personal data is effectively deleted or anonymised, which means
to process them in such a way that they can no longer be linked to or attributed to you.

You can request at any time:

  • unsubscribe from receiving current content by writing to our e-mail address odjava@tehimpex.si.
    We will not send you messages about current content after you unsubscribe.
  • permanent deletion of personal data we hold about you by sending a written request to the e-mail address odjava@tehimpex.si.
    Deletion of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of data processing until the day of cancellation.
  • export and insight into the personal data we hold about you by sending a written request to the address odjava@tehimpex.si.
  • correction of their personal data by sending a written request to the e-mail address odjava@tehimpex.si.
